Celebrate the 31st annual Los Angeles Frontrunner Pride Run on Sunday, June 10
Just like last year, we will run a 5K at 7:30 a.m., the 10K at 8:30, and the always fun Kids' Race after the 10K (about 9:45). This will give you plenty of time to get cleaned up for the Pride Parade.
Registration is now open at this link:

Additional information about the race can be found in the Pride Run section of LAFR’s website,

Every Sunday, SFFR has long runs from Gold's Gym Castro that leave at 10am. Distances range from 6 miles - 16 miles. We set a "time" goal each week so that people are free to run at their comfortable pace and target their "turn-around" time in such a way so that we all get back at the same time and head out to brunch.
Contact Mike deLeon or Robby Scalise for more information at rcscalise@yahoo.com. Come out and run whatever distance you want or come out for brunch at the end. We don't care what you do during the allotted times that you run.
Curious about Country Western Dancing? Have a cowboy, cowgirl fetish? Into boots, chaps or leather? Maybe you just like to dance. Sundance Saloon cordially invites SF Frontrunners to join them Sunday June 10th near the Bayview. Don't know how to two-step or waltz? No problem, there's a lesson 5:30-7:30 followed by the dance. Leather soled shoes make you a smooth mover and are recommended, $5 donation at the door. Yiiihaa!
