Every Sunday, SFFR has long runs from Fitness SF (formerly Gold's Gym Castro) that leave at 10am. Distances range from 6 miles - 16 miles. We set a "time" goal each week so that people are free to run at their comfortable pace and target their "turn-around" time in such a way so that we all get back at the same time and head out to brunch. 2013 SF Track & Field Club Intervail Training Returns!: We meet every Sunday at 10am at Cox Stadium on the campus of SFSU. After a team warm-up, we work on our respective events: sprints, hurdles, middle/long distance (800m up to 5k), and even field events. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
