BENEFICIARIES: Proceeds from the run will be donated to The Positive Resource Center and Metropolitan Community Foundation.

COURSE: USATF-certified and sanctioned 5K and 10K course. Start and finish are at the Stow Lake Boathouse off Kennedy Drive in Golden Gate Park. The course is on asphalt, with gently rolling hills.

AWARDS: Awards to the top female and male finishers of the 5K/10K runs. Awards to the top female and male finishers in the following divisions: under 20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Medals to the first male and female in the 5K walk and wheelchair divisions.

FESTIVITIES: Awards ceremony followed run in the Picnic Area by Stow Lake Boat House.
