Welcome to 2019! Here is your weekly dose of all things FrontRunners:
Thanks/Recap From Last Week:
Congratulations to everyone who participated in our first Trial Run. I can tell we are going to do a great job representing SFFR at the races. Regardless of how fast you are, it's the depth of runners present that counts.
Please keep in mind your participation with the Cross Country Team is valuable regardless of your abilities <3. On a side note, I realized we will have a photographed event every month between the Trial Runs and Races. As a result, I will make sure to release a batch of photos to people's personal Facebook walls by tagging you so your friends and families can see your accomplishments. This will be release at the end of every quarter, but I will always post the photos on our private FB group after every event.
Special thanks to Gary P., Reggie S., Bob C., and Adam W. for going above and beyond for SFFR.

3) First SFFR Race as a TEAM! Chabot Trail 5k Race- February 16 9:15 am
Everyone is welcome to be part of our Cross Country/Road Racing Team. Similar structure to the Trial Run we had last Saturday except everyone will be in our SFFR uniforms and run as one team! All SFFR runners will be recorded for internal purposes, and Top 7 of each division will be recognized again. SFFR photographers will be there to capture every moment. SFFR will warm-up together as a team.
Please register on your own for the 5k. There isn't a team option. This is our chance to build our reputation in the running community.
There will be a google spreadsheet coordinating transportation for anyone needing a ride or who has extra seats in their car.
